Caught Scrolling is a free study timer that runs in your browser. Using it means you accept these terms.

What it does and does not do

The timer counts time, and on a phone lying face down, every time the phone is picked up, flipped, locked or the page is left. It does not block apps, websites or your phone. Phone sensors differ, so it can miss a pickup or count something that is not one.

No guarantee

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for missed alarms, lost totals or decisions made from the numbers it shows. Do not rely on it where a missed alert could cause harm.

Your use

Use it for your own studying or work. Do not use it to monitor another person without their knowledge.
